I graduated from Tonganoxie High School many years ago. I attended Southwestern College in Winfield, KS for a degree in Theatre Performance. Following that, I worked as an actor for about a decade. One of my last jobs was working in educational theatre and I realized education was my true passion. I returned to school and received my education degree from Emporia State. Currently, I am attending K-State to work on my master's in education. When I am not teaching, directing plays, and coaching the forensics team, I am spending time with my family and two cats: Fernando and Andie. I love reading horror and romance, cooking foods from around the world, gardening, and music.
